SORA West is a large-scale, $325 million mixed-use project that centers around a vibrant plaza. It connects pharmaceutical distribution company, AmerisourceBergen, with the reuse of a 146-year-old historic firehouse/gastropub, and a 12 story parking garage. The main feature is Hotel West + Main, which houses 165 rooms, restaurant space and a rooftop lounge. Our main objective was a new construction HVAC system and utilities install.
