This tower project will develop in multiple stages and will rise 14 stories tall and feature 18,187 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, as well as 385 residential units spanning 298,668 square feet of space and 106 off-street parking spaces. The mechanical and plumbing systems for this project will include a fit out for City Fitness Health Club. The building will stand at the edge of Northern Liberties.
