3600 Civic Center Blvd is the addition of 10 floors to an existing 9 story building. The 250,000 sf Office and Support Facility will house a Freezer Farm and a Compounding Pharmacy. Tracey Mechanical is set to install mechanical and plumbing core-and-shell equipment and piping systems for the overbuild. The mechanical infrastructure includes new chillers, steam boilers, custom air handlers, heat recovery systems, high efficiency pumps, heat exchangers, and fan coil units. Plumbing infrastructure includes a new triplex booster system, domestic water break tank, steam-to-water domestic hot water heaters, laboratory compressed air and vacuum systems, sanitary, storm, natural gas, and acid waste piping systems.
