This project is the brand-new hospital expansion of the Grandview Health Hospital in Sellersville, PA, equipped with all new advanced capabilities. The $184 million investment will expand clinical services and construct a state-of-the-art facility. The construction plans include a 190,000 square foot, six-floor pavilion connected to the existing hospital building, a spacious two-level lobby filled with natural light, a brand new Emergency Department with 28 treatment rooms and two trauma bays, 26 new private patient rooms, 10 new operating rooms, and more. In this project, our sole objective was a complete HVAC install.
