The Union League’s Rooftop Restaurant is underway and will provide a relaxed private place to dine al fresco downtown. Construction is expected to be completed this year. It will include a 9,600-square-foot rooftop restaurant with a 1,400-square-foot outdoor terrace. TMI will install infrared heating, a rooftop pollution control unit and an impressive HVAC system.
